How long do lash extensions last?

Most clients need refills every 2 to 3 weeks depending on natural lash cycle, aftercare, and lifestyle.

Can I wear makeup with lash extensions?

Yes, but avoid oil-based products and mascara on the extensions.

Do lash extensions damage natural lashes?

Properly applied lash extensions should not damage your natural lashes. I focus on safe lengths, weights, and isolation.

What should I do before my appointment?

Arrive with clean lashes, no eye makeup, and avoid caffeine if possible so you can relax during the service.

What if I have sensitive eyes?

Please mention any sensitivities, allergies, or previous reactions before your appointment.

Deposit Policy

A $20 deposit is required to secure every appointment and is credited towards your service. If you reschedule or cancel with at least 24 hours notice, your deposit will either be refunded or applied to your next appointment. Deposits are forfeited for cancellations with less than 24 hours notice, no-shows, or late arrivals that require rescheduling. A new deposit is required to book again.

Late Policy — Strict

Please arrive on time. There is a 10-minute grace period only. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, your service will be considered a no-show and your deposit will be forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook. I do not shorten or rush appointments to make up for lost time — this protects retention and the quality of your set.

Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

If for any reason you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must give at least 24 hours notice. With 24 hours notice or more, your deposit will either be refunded or used at your next appointment. Providing less than 24 hours notice will forfeit your deposit. Early notice lets another client take the appointment time. Repeat late cancellations or no-shows may result in being unable to book in the future.

No-Show Policy

A no-show is any client who does not arrive and does not contact me by the start of their appointment, or who arrives more than 10 minutes late. No-shows forfeit their deposit, and a new deposit is required before another appointment can be booked.

Refill Policy

Refills require at least 40% of lash extensions remaining and must be booked within the correct refill window. If too few lashes remain, the appointment will be charged as a new full set or rescheduled at the artist's discretion, and the difference is due at the appointment.

Foreign Refill Policy

If you currently have lashes from another artist, please book a foreign refill consultation or removal. I reserve the right to decline a refill over another artist's work if the application is not safe to work over. In that case, a removal and full set will be required.

No Extra Guests

To keep the appointment calm, focused, and on schedule, please do not bring extra guests, children, or pets. Clients who arrive with guests may be asked to reschedule and may forfeit their deposit.

Aftercare

Avoid steam, oil-based products, heavy rubbing, and mascara on extensions for the life of your set. Brush lashes daily and cleanse with a lash-safe foam cleanser. Poor aftercare significantly reduces retention and is not covered by any complimentary touch-up.
